Replacing Moreno alone will not fix our defence.

Midfield needs another quality CM to partner Can to screen the defence better, Lovren is gash and leaves so much space behind him which then adds more for Clyne was on toast yesterday when Ox ripped him.

    I DONT CARE!!!

get him gone. you can't let this festering boil linger any longer. Just get shut of the worst player we have and get a decent LB in and we improve. PERIOD.

Replace Moreno and we still concede the last the two goals. New LB and CM, and Matip for Lovren please <ok>

For me too, but i think Klopp favours Lovren over Sakho, and one of them will partner Matip long term.

With a better quality DM and a LB before the window ends and Klopp will have a very strong squad to work with going into the season, although.. if Klopp feels that player is not out there right now for whatever reason i have to back him, i trust he has identified the LB weakness way before pre season, He has perhaps filled that "DM" role in his eyes with Willlyjanaldum but the lack of activity on the missing LB role and the loaning of Flanno suggests to me hes still in the market. i hope.

With couple of weeks of the transfer window left, we don't want a knee jerk left-back signing. I'd rather wait to get a proven full back rather than a risky one.

Hard to drop Klavan. Been solid all pre season and was good against against Arsenal. Looks no nonsense, solid 7/10 defender that won't constantly make small errors. Don't care about his age or reputation, guys looked best defender in pre season games so deserves his spot and will be up to others to prove they can take it off him.

Yeh Klavan and whoever proves themselves most next to him at cb, clyne obvs at rb and milner at lb

moreno is then free to resume his previous more successful career as a clown at kids parties

Shame Klaven isn't right sided. Will be surprised if Sakho doesn't come straight back into the team though.

On paper yes but at this point Klavan starts unless his form drops.

Chris Boscombe saying Milner is unhappy with being used as a left back after being promised to be used in midfield and taking a pay cut to come here.

    Errrr...Klopp didn't sign you mate

And you had 10 months to cement your position in midfield under Klopp. At 30 you're not going to a top club and play midfield so either take a really big pay cut and go to Palace or suck it up and be grateful you're getting selected.

Milner will be gone soon enough imo, our midfield is chocca and once we get a full back in there's no room for him.
