Just got back to the hotel (it's just gone 8pm, here). The Grand Canyon was a fantastic adventure! Undoubtedly one of the best I've had on a holiday! We flew over and through the Canyon and then down to the bottom, near Eagle Point, from where we took a boat on the Colorado River, returning an hour later to take the 'copter back up through the Canyon. We did the usual thing of stopping off to look over the Hoover Dam from the bridge, on the way back from Arizona into Nevada. My 6 year old really enjoyed it. Some fantastic memories for all of us. The only thing that has spoiled the day is learning that Chelsea won.
It's just gone 7:30am, here, Skiddy. I'm looking out my window over Las Vegas Bouldvard. This city never rests. My last full day today. Fly back tomorrow afternoon, but won't touch down in England until around 1:30pm on Thursday.
