Fair enough. If no HoA has been signed though that would suggest that it's not as close as the US one was, that was all I was getting at. If the US group didn't have HoA signed either then that suggests that one was never very close despite some reports.

Yeah it's a pretty rubbish report. I suspect the 'club' in that sentence means the lights they've installed and other investments in the stadium, which is stupid.
