Dregs can be rich or poor, black or white, young or old, so it is not location-specific, sorry to disappoint you.
Following the logic of supporting Man Utd, I imagine many of these 'fans' will be supporting USA in the Olympics as they are 'the best' country in the competition.

She was and is anti HCFC.
Seems to have moderated her shrill tigerphobia since PB left though.
Think he must have spurned her advances or summat.

    Think she is a rokerite.

I know who you mean. One of them was constantly told to go back to his seat by the stewards as he was walking up and down the stairs. He stood behind me for five minutes during the first half watching the game. The group of them were absolutely wasted but they weren't harming anybody and having a good time and that's what counts. One of them seemed really happy to be there.

    Thanks!

Just to get your view, what do you think happened to Leicester? Was it an over confidence? A hangover from the win? Players wanting out (Mahrez) or just a blip? It seemed Leicester treated us similar to how everyone treated them last year.

My thoughts for what they are worth ...

Despite the negative press about your boys I always saw this as a tricky fixture (and said as much on a thread on the Prem board - for which I got a few pelters). First few games of a season always have an element of the unexpected. Yes - you have had problems (well publicised) but the only having 13 first team players is only a problem if some in the XI get injured - if the XI is good enough - we were able to field the same starting XI for most of the season and it worked well. I also thought your lads would be both up for it (first game and against the champions) and that they would show some 'seige mentality' with all that is going on at the club - you did both. I'd have been more concerned if the fixture had been at ours and had the same outcome.

    On to us:

Kante is a miss for anyone no question - but we went a third of the season (before last) with equally good results without him and the start of last season too.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing and in such I think we went at you a little too ambitiously with that front four - all great attacking threats but a little lightweight in a physical contest - something that you won hands down.

Games turn on pivotal moments and there were two ... we were getting on top and looking very dangerous in the last quarter of the first half and on another day might have scored 3 ... and if we had then the whistle would have come before your injury time goal ... which we also defended poorly. ... and we defended poorly throughout. Then having got back in the game (fortuitously as the foul was actually committed outside the area) Kasper has a rush of blood at a time when we were again getting on top and attempts a daft throw out which then ends up with you scoring the second ... we are then chasing the game and you hold out really well.

It's a set back for us but we haven't become a poor team over night - we have wonderful attacking players and with Huth to come back we will be a lot more solid at the back (I hope). We do need to think about how we set u in midfield and indeed up front - but i do think we will bounce back and it may not be a bad thing to have any complacency shaken out of us at such an early stage.

Many clubs have been resting players involved in the Euros - we have rushed Vardy back on top of wrist surgery to boot - he lacks a bit of sharpness as showed on Saturday. People are having a go at Mahrez but personally I just think he is being marked tighter and I would like to see us experiment with him in a number 10 role rather than keeping him out wide where opposing defenders find it easier to double up on him.

Good luck for the rest of the season (excluding the return of course) <laugh>

If you drink a lot of vodka, you stink of booze.

Don't drink kids, it's bad for you. :emoticon-0101-sadsm

Which is why when people wanted a drink and didn't want to go back into work smelling of booze you had vodka presumably.

I'm still buzzing. Assuming we get new owners and bring in some players, any players, I'll feel even better.

Smells less than other forms of alcohol, but if you drink a lot of it, you still reek of booze.

Vodka doesn't have a smell as such. If you drink a lot of it you can smell of alcohol. You can't tell what the drink was like with beer, whisky etc.

Shame with the Polish lads. About 3 years ago a largish group of Polish lads were at the front in the South end of East Stand. Singing, getting behind the team non stop. They were getting glared at, people complaining which ended up with the stewards constantly having a word. Also there were City fans shuffling about looking embarrassed at this unseemly display of enthusiasm. In the end they gave up and sat down. As my lad observed, we could do with 2 or 3 thousand like that.

    My views;

The ICC is a compelte load of bollocks and I wish we'd told the organisers to do one.

Too much travelling only to get tonked by the worlds' best isn't good enough prep. Not nearly good enough.

We were okay last week until United hit us with that late sucker punch. I suspect that morale is at it's lowest point since Ranieri took over. The lads need to catch a break at the minute. A win over Arsenal would be just the tonic.

However, we'll never truly look like our old selves considering we've lost the best midfielder this country has seen in some time. We need a powerhouse to replace him. Mendy isn't the answer and Kingy certainly isn't (as much as we all love him to bits).

If we get this lad from Roma or someone of William Carvalho's ilk (he'd fit like a glove here) then we'll struggle to get near the heights of last season and the best we could probably hope for would be a 8-10th placed finish. Get a good midfielder in though and we could well challenge for European places with the likes of Everton and West Ham.
