Any success stories so far? Ayling, Antonnson, Hernandez, Sakho, Then maybe Roofe. But Grimes, Wood, Dallas, Bamba have been shyte and we are weak through the spine. Is Grimes worse than Murphy, Ayling can play CB so option for dropping Bamba but leaves us exposed at the back with inexperience. Has Monk panicked by ripping into them in the media, because he worries about his job. Or has he done the right thing and told them a few home truths. Our academy used to produce leaders, but Jonny was the last one and I dont really think he was that great a leader. Without winners and leaders in the team we will do nothing. Lucy Ward and Redders are always banging on about the kids they produced, well they fooked up regarding leaders because we see a lot of bottlers. Taylor needs to step up maybe and take responsibility if no one else is. Hernandez will provide that leadership soon but we need a Vinny type player and have done for years. We had chances but refused to bring in a Barton type player.
Did Bianchi have a falling out, I know he got injured but he was another we seemed to ship out a little quickly
