Bolt remains Bolt. And Andre de Grasse is pretty good for a guy who became a sprinter as a joke. Bolt cheering him on in the semis and after the race was pretty great. Not a better ambassador for sport.
Well, unless chemically induced, I seem to be only capable of about 3.5 - 4 hours, which is not good. And I've not even watched the olympics, as, typically, I go to sleep around midnight and wake at 4 Trying to get myself sorted, but life is a tad difficult at the mo and I have a lot on my mind .....
