    Spot on that
I was discussing it with Askews as Snodgrass was running over to take the second corner that we scored from
Thought it worked really well on first corner and caused Schmeicel a lot of problems, and I did on the goal scoring one too.
Might be overstating it a bit, but I thought it set the goal up actually

Agreed. We never do it though, so to finally see some like Tom (who's too big too push over) stand on Schmeichel's toes was refreshing. Schmichael may have caught the header from Davies if Tom wasn't preoccupying him. Big credit to Phelan for getting the lads to do the basics.

Further proof we have more than our fair share of ****ers.

And now our scapegoat appears to be Steve Bruce. The greatest most successful manager we have ever had. FFS

He did need resting, and he was rested
Seemed to work as far as I could see

No excuse for getting on players backs, unless they're having a serious, Ben Arfa style, sulk. Certainly no excuse if players are trying and simply making mistakes

Yep. I was one of the few who defended him, he was in my top 3 players of the season.

Yeah I thought Clucas was fantastic last season, and again yesterday.

Have you never noticed that he's always looked 'relaxed', whether he's been playing for Derby, Spurs, or us? It's the mark of a truly talented player.

I despair at some of the nonsense I read on here at times.

Would you sooner he played in a blind panic running around the pitch like a headless chicken ?

That'll be the very same one tento, well spotted - some of the same who nicknamed him Clueless are now waxing lyrical.

Huddlestone is our best from long range straight in front.
Snodgrass up and down from shorter range and from angles.

Clucas looked a little wobbly in his first couple of games, but then settled in and had a stormer for the first half of last season. He then had another wobble and should really have been taken out of the firing line for a couple of games, the grief he got after a couple of poor performances seemed to effect him badly.

I was another who never slated Clucas. He's a young player who did well last season and just needs the proper guidance, hopefully he gets it this season.

    He looks 15 though

In fact most of our subs yesterday looked 11

This is nothing to do with me getting old by the way, it's just a FACT

Didn't he get directed to the U17s or something similar on his first day?
