I visited there once and I couldn't believe the levels of violence in the pubs, five fights and two glassings before nine, the place really was full of scum and villainy. The Met would've had pubs like that shut by the following week, but the local Heddlu obviously thought it best to keep the idiots in Rhyl rather than have them infect Colwyn and Llandudno. The local lad I was visiting, said its the dumping ground for Scouse, Manc and Welsh idiots.
