Burnsie was speaking to a guy on Wednesday on his morning show. The guy in question is someone who deals with British clubs being bought out or someone who has knowledge about it (I can't quite remember which) and he said that there is lots of people in China looking to invest and Chinese investment is very balanced and if a club were to get relegated they (The Chinese investment) wouldn't panic as they're looking at it as a learning experience as much as anything else.
That may be your perception of it, not mine. I have my views and opinions and if I feel they need repeating i will. I also find the un-necessary use of profanities directed at an individual for their beliefs, especially from a moderator offensive and will report this if it continues to happen. Have a nice day.
I promised OLM on CI I'd post what I know about the American bid once we have been sold to the Chinese. If you're interested I'll post it on here as well.
I hate to throw this in the mixer but, what happens if the new owners share the Allams insistence on calling us Hull Tigers on all correspondence, and what if they don't see anything wrong with the membership scheme? God can you imagine!! OLM you have any info on there potential plans for these things?
Are we sure the "Chinese" guys at the game yesterday were new owners? Is the guy in the white not Ken Hom?
The question for me would be "why would they want to rename the club Hull Tigers"? If they can come up with a lucid reason and present that to supporters for views in an open manner, then I for one would be prepared to listen. Of course the truth is, there is no lucid reason. So it won't happen.
I believe this is right... they got divorced and all he asked for as a settlement was £1 million.... Apologies Red Top already posted this
