We have a young team with many new players playing under a new manager. They must be given time to settle. Support now is essential criticism at this time is destructive.
100% correct. Some of the trash so called fans were tweeting mid way through second half yesterday was disgusting with some gloating over the performance. Don't need those fans
The problem is the regime is the problem, and whilst it's here the team won't ever be good enough. The TTGM stuff needs to intensify and sorry but half of our players ain't fit or good enough to wear the shirt. Even if we were to get 27000 happy clappies every game and Cheer to the rafters the present group would be relegated. No desire, no effort and unfit.
you're right but I don't see them getting a lot of time.we look better in attack, worse in midfield and no better in defence.Mowatt,Philips and Vieira arnt good enough,if we don't sign this week,we have big problems,as when the fans het restless, the manager goes with Cellino.
You didn't see it, although I did neither of the above but I can understand the sentiment they were expressing. On the hour the whole team ran out of gas and ideas. I don't blame the team I blame Cellino as he didn't get a coach in in time to have his transfer business done and a decent preseason behind us. Oh and Garry Monk is as bad as the Swansea fans said.
Those believing we are not in trouble or for those believing this will turn around take note... This isn't Glory or one of the Millwall lads, this is LCW with concerns. He usually has a fairly balanced view which often airs on the optimistic side.
well you've ruined my Sunday now,no Cher on the rafters ? Does this mean I have to watch the game next time ?.Thought things were looking up.
Lucky for you, next time isn't on Tuesday night. I can hardly wait. I was thinking about why the crowd turned so quickly and I have put it down to cellinos madcap refund scheme fuelling an expectation that his abilities, business model and wallet can't match.
Probably because of the pattern we have all got used to. When I use the term "We" I don't mean everyone, just the majority, myself included to some extent. 1) New signings, we talk ourselves into how great they are and the ones we already have at the club are also okay really, they just need the new coach to bring the best out of them. 2) Cellino appoints backroom staff, we all get excited that he has learned a lesson, we forget they should have already been in place and not sacked in the first place 3) New coach makes right noise, we get linked with players totally out of reach but we believe we have money to spend after selling another of our better players for big money. The season then starts and we open our eyes to how bad it is. Deep down we all know a new coach will be in place before Christmas told to avoid relegation and the circle continues again...
