Bring back Bellusci and Silvestri, and Bianchi, we got rid of the better players and brought in worse at moment.

I feared Monks appointment, he has never managed in this division, he inherited Laudrup's team but...

I said I would give it time and I will...

As a kid I was glued to Ceefax and Teletext watching for Leeds score updates, that kind of behaviour followed me through to adulthood and when money was easier I often made the trip to Elland Road and loved my days out watching Speed, Batty, Strachan and McAllister.

Bates, GFH and Cellino have kind of beaten that side out of me as I find myself watching the Olympics and athletes who give it 110% without a fraction of the financial rewards a footballer gets over listening to a live Leeds feed.

I'll always follow the Club and call myself a supporter but I think the time is approaching where I no longer get fed up with a loss.

Unless we get a decent new owner this is our lot, if we had the backing of a Chelsea or Man City would it feel great again or has the money killed the sport...

Garry Monk is an absolute fraud of a manager I'm afraid to say. In less than 18 months he tore up everything that was good about the Swansea team and left us on the verge of relegation. His ego is gigantic, he surrounds himself with hapless yes men (James Beattie has already pitched up I see) and will no doubt walk away with another substantial payoff when Cellino realises what a mistake he's made.

I've just come to thinking this however.....

I don't think it's Monk that is the problem if any coach is the problem with the team.

I have a question and that question is why are we so ****? Why have we had 4 or 5 supposed decent coaches/managers fail?

We've had some decent strikers fail to score under us in the last few years. I think we're the only club Billy Sharp has failed at.

This is a question for the Luvies as Chippy calls them. Who is making this club ****?

I'm, not blaming Evans, Monk, Redfearn or anybody at managerial level. We have to look higher

Monk understand the problem, it's how to fix it that's troubling him ... we need more experience, hence him getting Hernandez in ... having Viera and Mowatt at the heart of our midfield is a worry, because this division is unforgiving ... when we started to fade quickly in the second half, the problem was highlighted even more when Phillips was the sub brought on to help change the game ... the young players haven't got a dynamic 90 minutes in them we saw it far too often last season, and Monk has clearly identified this ... it's one thing flashing silky skills on the training pitch, but 90 minutes in the Championship is a very different thing ... all successful teams have a number of leaders all over the pitch, we looked leaderless today ... Clive Woodward told me that the reason England won the WC in 2003 was down to the fact that he had no less than NINE players he could have named as captain in his squad, and this access to leadership under fire made all the difference ... hopefully Cellino understands this as well, and gets Bridcutt in and signs that centre back and striker we so desperately need ... all is not lost, but we clearly can't rely on a team filled with inexperienced youngsters

Yes we need experience but we're also going in for the wrong player. Why we going for Bridcutt instead of Osman. Osman has been playing in the prem for years, Bridcutt was lucky to be signed by Poyet at Sunderland. Neither Bigt Sam nor Moyes wants him. We could do with Lescott his days as an England international would be invaluable however we're signing Agnerw and sniffing round Belgian U21s who can't get in to Benfica's first team.

You've raised some very valid points there Ristac. I can echo a lot of those sentiments but so too can the supporters of many other clubs I'm sure

Monk sounds very upset, feels the players let the club down ... says the players need to get their act together and learn to fight for 90 minutes ... he says he needs to get the "soft underbelly" that's been at the club for a few years now cut out, and that he won't accept performances like the second half ... he's made it clear to the players that he won't stand for their rubbish, and he's told them there will be players going and players coming ... love it, finally a manager at Leeds who calls out his players after that capitulation, going to be some arses bruised for sure

Allardyce is a tool, and will fcuk up England even more ... Bridcutt had no place in his team because he is too small, and Sam likes his big lads just like Mick McCarthy ... rubbish managers who build teams filled with monsters and simply roughing up opposition ... Bridcutt never had a chance once Sam took over at Sunderland, Moyes is new in and will not want a player who was out on loan and not in the squad which is fair enough ... Bridcutt has character, he works hard all game and is far better than Viera who has a lot to learn still

Evans called players out and got castrated for it...

Thing is he dropped several for this game as against QPR they were woeful, so who does he replace in today's team and with who?

Monk has signed 8? New players, these new signings of his are not faultless.
