Watched the new Dad's Army film the other day, it was not that bad really. please log in to view this image
I watched Star Trek Beyond at the cinema. Looked like one of the "The Next Generation" films ffs! The novelty of the reboot has definitely worn off. As a few of us spoke about earlier, they really need to get back to the original concept/purpose of the programme from Roddenberry.
Will be interesting where they go with the new series. Apparently set before original ...just before, not Enterprise before. Apparently lots of Aliens rather than the odd token one in the crew. Also the main character is not going to be the Captain...
Just finished season two of Gotham. Superb and like with the end of the first season, I can't wait for the next one!
I think im the biggest Gotham fan on here? anyways i love it! apparently we will see the birth of a "pre" killer croc and other mutant type villains coming from dr strangeloves experiments in season 3 and its heavy on the villans taking over the city rather than it being sort of "ordered" in the past seasons so cant wait for that. september btw
Seriously how can you have two films about sharks released at virtually the same time, one called The Shallows and the other called In The Deep. Arseholes
What do you think to Gordon going down south? Return to become the commissioner or too soon? I love it too btw, just a bit behind everyone else because I waited for the season to finish so I could watch them at my own pace
8 out of 10 cats does Countdown is back on C4 ... top show ... had Adam Buxton on last night/tonight who was funny as fook
not sure but i'd guess a mid season full return for Gordon (perhaps he will do a bit of vigilante work in between? Help Bruce more?... his hands are as dirty as any in gotham tbf ) kinda goes with what ive been seeing regarding the villains featuring heavily early in season 3, i know fish is back right at the start of the season then ****s off somewhere & comes back toward the end. and also that the show will lean more toward the "meta villains" looking to establish them more in the storyline and such so perhaps that leaves space for gordan to take a lesser role for a few shows at least. i also read something from the director about Jerome "not necessarily being (pre) Joker" and "not necessarily dead" so thats interesting.
