Goooood evening, I sent an email to the info mail & to Simon King (assuming he still works for the club?) like 8 days ago. Have we sacked everyone in the customer service department as well or when do you reckon I'll get a response?
Don't tell Febbos but I know other people that have never had replies to emails from the club, although I don't know anything about Simon King
Simon's a good lad, but he handles all our sponsorship deals and commercial activities, I think responding to random Swedish blokes isn't really his thing.
Hey hey hey.... I realized that, so sent it to the info mail a day after, but no luck. I had a chat with...not sure I can remember the names, Mooney (?) & Crawford (?) I believe a couple of years back & they helped me sorting a free City shirt & some stuff for a competition, wasn't sure who to mail regarding the matter this time tho.
If they give stuff away it would affect the value of the club...and maybe they've reached their email limit too?

8 Days??? You're very impatient! I sent an email to the club back in January 2014 asking why I'd been placed amongst a load of Chelsea fans in the home end of the North Stand? And why they thought it was a good idea to let a load of away fans into the home end of the North Stand after Steve Bruce had called for Fortress KC to intimidate the away teams. Not had a response yet but I know the club staff are all busy (what with their reduced numbers), so I am being patient and do expect that a plausible explanation will be forthcoming soon.
