This is exactly what ive been thinking. If the deal is expected to be finalised after the window shuts, money will be made available by the new owners before hand to strengthen the squad. The question is, who will be picking the players?
I've got this image in my head of Ehab filling a plastic bag with lightbulbs just before he drives out of the KC for the last time..
They will do one of two things (or both together) - go with intrim targets already identified, loans and frees, plus the Diame money - consult there appointed football expert (they will have an advisor for Football matters) My guess they would free up a small amount of money, go with the current targets but run them by their advisor first
Is that based on something you gave been told or just on what is freely been reported? Hopefully an agreement of purchase identifying how much and what is been sold to stop the clowns messing up. If this is in place I could see new owners opening some funds for players
You would think that would be the case. If we have to wait until Jan 1st we could effectively be relegated by then and they'll have overpaid by 50%.
Announcement next week i believe to allow for transfers. It seems ( fingers crossed ) it's gonna happen. Mind you with this lot.
Although this takeover does bring plenty of City Wok joke potential. God damn *****rians, tear down my ****ty wall...
Not sure how true this is but Burnsy said they're worth 2 billion? ... imagine having owners worth 2 billion

Even being worth £2bn doesn't mean that they have a lot in spare cash They may well have to borrow to fund the purchase
