........... . Manone............. McNair Kone Kaboul PVA .........Rodders Pappy....... ....Borini Khazri Januzaj... .................Defoe................ It's not as bad as it could be. I think Watmore might start ahead of Januzaj or even a 3rd sitting midfielder like JOS.
That`s not looking too bad. Don`t like Rodwell in there but we don`t got much choice atm really unless one of the bairns steps up. What`s Loves best position? edit: could have phrased that better.
Mannone Love----Papy----Kaboul----PVA Rodwell----McNair Borini----Khazri----Lens Defoe Can Januzai play?
According to safc.com "Sunderland’s latest addition is available to make his debut against Manchester City on the opening day of the Premier League season on Saturday."
Looking forward to seeing the team, will all four new signings start, or will a couple be warming the bench. The decision over Kone will tell us more, as will his attitude if he plays, Moyes has handled the situation very well imo., lets hope he picks a strong team and we get of to a dream start. Onwards and upwards
Thank you kindly. In that case. Mannone Love----Papy----Kaboul----PVA Rodwell----McNair Borini----Khazri----Januzai Defoe
My guess is the team that starts tomorrow will be a lot different to the team that starts for our first game in September.
This would be my team as well though I'd swap Kaboul and Papy round as Papy is a leftie. Always like a centre half pairing of s leftie and a rightie, give a nice balance. Bench would be threadbare to say the least.
Why not play Kone? If he plays well, the price might go up. If he plays poorly, Everton may cool their interest. If he gets injured he may have to stay. He now has something to prove so he needs good games. If we're going to lose him we should still use him until he goes.
Couldn't disagree more. He should be made an example of in front of his teammates. You can't behave like that and get what you want, that includes your starting place in the team. After everything that has gone on, his head cannot completely be 100%. Every game counts in this league. One good or bad game is not going to effect his price, or how Everton view him.
