It's a page dedicated to people asking Ehab odd/ironic/offensive questions. There isn't such a site dedicated to James Mooney so what you suggest isn't possible (unless you want to set one up?)
It's fairly clear that the person was taking the piss about Ehab's personal qualities regarding public relations

I found it funny, and comedy is not subjective. If I found it funny it is funny...FACT

 

I phoned the local radio station today. The presenter answered and said,
"Congratulations on being our first caller, all you have to do is answer the following question correctly, to win our grand prize."

"That's fantastic!" I shouted in delight.
