As Dutch has suggested a few times one successful method of protest is mockery and causing embarrassment Social media has made that a lot easier and I have to say there a few very humorous accounts popping up on Twitter My personal favourite is @allem_assem Particularly when others assume it's actually him and start an argument about him funding the Labour breakaway! Also worth a look are @DrAllamTigers which isn't quite as funny but has got stuck into Newcastle and Sportpesa, and of course the classic @AskEhab which is more funny to read the questions than the answers Well done Dutch, keep it up !
I dont get that last tweet, Ehab doesnt look after PR for City. It wouldve been better aimed at James Mooney.
He might not "look after PR" but he still has responsibilities in public relations without the capitals. Well, he should have. But he doesn't.
Not pedantry at all. The tweet, albeit a comedy one, was about a career in PR. The PR person at the club was James Mooney and it was Mooney's job to make Ehab the acceptable face of the club. If Ehab comes across in the media as a twat, then it's Mooney who has failed.
I genuinely don't understand what anyone is on about. I'm completely correct - if someone continually does stupid things in front of the media then it's the fault of their PR person. Did he continually make gaffe after gaffe after gaffe in front of the media or was it a one-off?
Have you wondered how Justin Bieber went from - probably - the most hated, brattish teenage twat in the country who everyone wanted to beat up to someone who many adults are now happy to admit they listen to? I'll tell you how - he got a good PR person.
They didn't fool me. He's a twat and Id rather stick a screwdriver in my ear than listen to him. You ever read the L Ron Hubbard Mission Earth Series? Always made me laugh the main bad guy in that is a well meaning PR.
