Insigne is apparently on his way out of Napoli, he would be a great signing for us. I'm throwing his name out there as a wild card for the left sided attacker we're supposed to be signing.

 

Indeed. Just don't make the mistake of putting him on late into a match and ask him to defend.

 

He has the luxury of having played a few good games for a huge club and being rated highly because of it. Ignore the fact it was for United, if he played like he has done for United at a club like West Brom no one would rate him. He isn't that great a player, not good enough for us. I predict he will find his level abroad or perhaps lower end prem/championship.

 

Disagree he had a great season under Moyes. Poor management of him by Van Gaal has set him back.

 

Fair enough. We shall have to wait and see how his career turns out. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he is useless. Certainly not a Macheda. Just that I think we should be targeting a higher calibre player than Januzaj. Although if anyone could improve him and get him on the right track I'd say saints would be a better bet than most.

He has an attitude problem which would not go down well at saints or the other players.

Much as I`d like another striker too, it seems Charlie Austin`s potential for Saints is dismissed by many fans. He scored a lot of goals for a poor QPR side in the PL, so if can stay fit, why can`t he do it for us too ?

Agreed, those 2 goals or whatever it was against sunderland and the press reporting he was involved with that pikey tulisa bird has made him a pretty well known name. In reality he's not as good as he thinks, and apparently a bit of tw*t.
