never seen such a wimpy performance from such an enormous bloke. Spent more time on the floor than flash. Not impressed.

He's apparently got an abdominal injury, that's why he went off. Nothing to do with the hamstring injury he had pre season, hope he's not another sick note !

Not another Jordan Mutch, Sandro, ..............( I'm too sober to remember them all.)
If he keeps it up, we may need to get the lynch mob.

Was thinking the same myself. Bit of a tart based on Wednesday night's performance.

He's had a ten year career at centre-half at this level so I doubt he's soft.

Unless he's worn out and past it as many before. But after one game injured, who knows

Really no need to panic. He's 28 and played 130 games in four years at Huddersfield with no notable injury record. He got injured midweek- it happens.

Lynch wasn't great on Wednesday, but I watched him in the Watford friendly and he looked brilliant

Green had 10 years in Prem/England and look what he did last week? Although i do agree with you Watford, he should be used to it.

Green suddenly went from competent Premier League goalkeeper to probably League 1 standard in the space of about a month around the middle of our last Prem season. Very bizarre. I hear he had a reasonable game against the mighty Fleetwood (two goals conceded) but I'd be very surprised if he has an even ok season there. He seems completely bereft of confidence and the simplest tasks as a goalkeeper seem beyond him.

Yes, that was one aspect of his game that looked really positive.

We can't afford any sick notes. We need plenty of cover for each position and if he goes missing and Caulker goes then we are short again.
