I think he is concentrating so much on what he is saying because he is still learning English that he can't relax in case he says something wrong. All he is thinking is how do I say what I want to say and ends up going all round the houses. At least he is trying unlike Poch. I'm sure he will improve as the season progresses.

Being in the Kingsland, midway between the halfway line and the Northam, I had a good look at Pied. After every early touch, when he had released the ball, and their was no pressure, he seemed to spend the next few seconds staring at his own feet, in a show of nonchalance. The only thing that really bothered me, about him Sunday, was when there was a throw in on the opposite side of the pitch, roughly in Bilbao's right back position. Both teams naturally moved across towards the Itchen stand, except for Pied. He stayed about 10 yards from the Kingsland touchline, about 30/40 yards from Fonte. One hell of a big gap!
