The thing is, his fans will never admit it when he loses it, they always need to console themselves with the myth that it's some cunning mind game, so you can point out his over-reaction until the cows come home and they'll still think he's being clever. He never admired Liverpool fgs. There was a well-renowned mutual hate which continues to this day. The only respect/admiration he ever had for any manager/club after arriving in the Prem was Fergie/United. Far too much admiration at times. And that applied vice versa with Fergie towards him.
