Stayed up for the swimming last night and decided it was totally worth it after two great swims and medals. Not sure U thought the same when I woke up at lunchtime and realised how much work I was supposed to be doing today

 

The problem with watching diving and gymnastics is that I have no idea what good likes like, but I do know what a **** up looks like. Spend all my time watching hoping that no British guys go arse over tit and that others do. Not sure I have captured the Olympic spirit!!

 

Better than me I suppose. For most sports I am watching them for the first time in four years but I know as a fact that I could still perform better than most if not all of the competitors taking part.

Also I'm not watching hoping that no British guy goes arse over tits rather hoping that all but the British guys do go arse over tits.

And what just happened with the womens Rugby 7s team? Beat Canada 22-0 in the groups and in the bronze medal match lose 33-10. 4th place

Tom Daley and his mate getting bronze though earlier so not all bad.

 

And some guy getting a bronze for smashing bits of pottery.

Sure, when he does it he gets a medal, but when I do it I'm 'over-reacting'!!..........
