Under new legislation drafted in Scotland that statement may or may not be a criminal offense. There's been a rather lengthy, and at times ridiculous, debate about it on another thread. In order to clarify this, we would like Stereo to call someone in a Rangers kit a "hun bastard" or shout the phrase "kill all huns" in the presence of a police officer. If the case goes to court we can clarify this ambiguity once and for all. Simpler still, he may want to contact the Central Scotland or Strathclyde Police force's internet bigotry task force and inform them that he is a moderator of the Celtic forum and considers it fine for people to post statements like, "Kill all Huns", on his watch, When Medro asked him to do this, he started a rather whiny thread saying he was going to get grassed.

I thought `Hun' was a general term used to describe an ugly, dumb person with poor people skills and poor personal hygiene?
and also there is already legislation in place that could address it....but doesn't. Med dog thinks it is sectarian, despite the drafted bill being unequivocal that it is "offensive". Med dog also cites a leading QC who says that the term is "offensive"....which it is, but not, as he claims, sectarian.
