Anyone else noticed that they aren't even selling tickets for blocks 6 to 11? Blocks 1 & 2 (zone 2) are almost sold out where as block 3 (zone 4) is a ghost town. You're left with this clusterfuck of a situation 1 - Full (£27) 2 - Full (£27) 3 - Empty (£33) 4 - Half Full (Members) 5 - Full (Members) 6 - Empty 7 - Empty 8 - Empty 9 - Empty 10 - Empty 11 - Empty I wonder what those who bought the cheap tickets in Blocks 1 & 2 are intending on doing?
Can it really be so difficult to sell seats for our first game back in the PL against the reigning champions on a warm August day? **** me, we should be filling the KCOM twice over.
If they haven't started selling the 'not-away end' in the West Upper yet, then there's at least 2,500 tickets unsold.
Easy solution, sack off the red card protest and get everyone to bring in a mirror, the cameras will then show the reflected empty stand. 2 birds one stone.
I agree, but suspect with current issues with the ownership, and it being on TV we may not even get 20k! The Allams currently have a lot to answer for. As for leaving a strong positive legacy; they should be run out of town!
A recent survey suggests 45% of Hull City fans are staying away. I think they'll do well to get a gate of 18000, even with a packed out away end.
I think we'll hit 20,000+. Last figure i heard was 14,000 season tickets and about 2,000 corporate? Plus the sold out Leicester end of about 2,000. You'd think we'd have a couple of thousand match tickets sold to see last years champions too. Obviously not selling half of the upper west isn't going to help though.
Hundreds of West Upper loyal supporters have been forcibly evicted to provide this interesting spectacle of empty seats and thus filling up the rest of the stadium bowl to create a far better atmosphere. Oh yes!
Not making the West Upper available to these who were previously kicked out, once it became fairly obvious that it wasn't practical, was one of the single daftest things of the summer (and there's been many).
I know the money is not that important this season, but a group of 6 i know took the cheapest option Zone 1 when kicked out, they are now paying 250 quid instead of ??? and their old seats will be empty.
Isn't N4 and N3 almost empty as well ? The juniors moved to N5 to save paying £400+ instead of the usual £160 N5 was still a £90 increase each from last seasons £160 They have only moved across the entrance steps
Make sure you move into the empty seats in the middle for a better view. And tell anyone who tries to stop you to **** off, you've earnt your stripes.
I plan to do that as couple of friends are in n4 still and I plan to stand in my usual place next to them. Mad maybe Simon but I hope to f we get thrashed in the hope this will double the anger against the Allams. A draw or a win and I can see some forgetting about the protests
I'm in N4 I shall complain to the nearest steward if anyone comes over from the cheap seats Deary me...disgraceful behaviour
You will know me if you spot me. Just look for someone trapped in the early 70s I was on row x n4 last season
I look down on you! Was N3, but wanted to get seats that were at least near someone else (!) so went for N5 side of N4
