    Only ever drove past it on the way to Binland but I must admit the smell that wafted threw the car window was exquisite <cheers>

    Just watched the highlights again. The passing and build up play was superb. I also really like the role Naismith played. He was doing the things we are use to seeing Hoolahan do.

    I can't get enough of that Murphy goal!

    My Binner brother-in-law has told me he can get me a ticket for the upcoming derby but I would have to sit next to him in the Churchman end.
    Q. Do I accept his offer?

    Towan haven't beaten us in ages so being the eternal pessimist I have a bad feeling about that game, what do I do ?

    I did the away game at Colchester sitting in the away end with my Dad.

    When the first goal went in I forgot where I was and I went running towards the pitch, arms up.

    Then I turned around and saw a whole stand staring at me in disgust and then the guy behind me spent the rest of the game trying to get me kicked out the ground.

    Good read Cromer and for me Jacob's goal was the best and he did well to keep it down and not send it into row Z.

    What impressed me was the variety of City's goals. Jacob had to work hard to shake off a stubborn defender and then make that superb turn and shot. Wes simply took control of the ball, slipped his defender and made space for the shot. Jerome's interplay with Naismith and then his pass across set up the move that he intelligently finished running in at the far post. For Naismith's goal, the interplay was even more impressive and completely wrong footed the Blackburn defence as he picked up the return pass and went on to score. Great stuff! More of the same on Saturday would go down a treat, but that will be a wholly different test.

    The interchange between Hoolahan and Naismith and Naismiths run in particular were almost a carbon copy of his goal against Liverpool.

    Has to be the 'quote of the week - "City scored more away goals in 25 minutes at Ewood Park than they had since Christmas in the Premier League. A combination of a distinct difference in quality of the opposition and a confidence that Norwich exude at this level should leave fans confident that Saturday’s performance and convincing result won’t be a rarity."

    Another snippet from MFW - "The other genuinely big clubs – Forest, Wolves and Leeds – all have new and/or bizarre foreign owners, so I wouldn’t be rushing to back any of them."

    I was thinking about how many away goals we scored in the PL during the match. Perhaps we can match the 4 goals against Watford in our last home game against Watford this week-end!

    Dire though it is, there's always somebody worse off than us <ok>
    This from the BBC match report for last night's Luton game:
    "Villa, without an away win since August 2015, took the lead at Kenilworth Road when Jordan Ayew scuffed home." <yikes>
    {They went on to lose to the bunch of orange-clad league 2 'minnows' 3-1 <whistle>}
