Chester would be able to come in and play straight away. He'd be familiar with many of the current City squad. A signing like this would make 100% sense.
He's on a free so yeah makes sense...but....if that's the calibre of player Ehab is after then we are ****ed!
I think we're ****ed primarily because Ehab has no idea what the calibre of any player actually is. You couldn't make it up.
Just had a text to say Maguire on his way to Sunderland. Can't see it being true myself but thought I would pass it on.
They're about to lose Kone to Everton (£18m?!) so they might be interested, but it's take a silly offer for us to part with him now.
http://www.skysports.com/football/news/15119/10527340/hull-city-201617-season-preview-five-questions Brilliant journalism, Mo Diame gone to West Ham, but on the good news front Dawson has already got over his injury, we must have a new medical team in place.
Middlesbrough FC bid for Hull's Harry Maguire dead as club switch sights to new targets http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/middlesbrough-fc-bid-hulls-harry-11724791 Sounds like we didn't even bother to respond to their second bid.
I hardly think the Allams would buy anybody that would blow our socks off, though if they did succeed getting Bony in, that would be a close as they would get.
Im not a person in the know but i think the whole Bony transfer is definitely a non starter. I think somebody has just put 2 and 2 together and got 54. We couldnt afford his wages, We couldnt afford his transfer fee, We wouldnt pay his probable high loan fee and he wouldnt move to a club who are almost certain for relegation when there will be some top 10 teams who would be interested. Im sure Swansea would have him back and they are in need of forwards at the moment.
Dodgy Google Translate post (from Canal+ presenter in Poland) - Hull City want to take Nikolic , whose style on the islands ' Hungarian razor to score goals . " Ready to give 3-4 million pounds.
Fiorentina join Torino in pursuit of Hull City striker Abel Hernandez is still a prime target for the Granata but the Tuscany outfit have now made contact as they look to bring the ex-Palermo man back to Serie A http://www.gazzettaworld.com/news/t...ina-join-torino-pursuit-hull-city-hernandez/?
****.....Villa had no chance, but Fiorentina would be a different story, only hope is they couldn't match his wages
