    So HAIG, before the season starts what do you clarify as a 'spiral'. We need your prediction as if you think that means relegation we will all be back here when you make a tit of yourself again

    It'll be a spiral downwards, of course.

    I don't think you have to be relegated to ensure that my "prediction" is a failure. Not winning the title will be a spiral downwards of sorts, and I am happy to predict that you won't win the title again.

    Will you finish lower than 10th, in order to beat Chelsea's record as being the worst Prem League defence of all time? I'm not "predicting" that will be the case, but I think there is a stronger case to be made for that happening than not.

    Do you think you'll finish higher than 10th, Foxy?

    I think lower mid table (8th/10th) would be good, let's not pretend anything but winning the title is a failure. What I know is those making predictions for us to fail stand to be humiliated more

    We made a decent attempt at winning the title, but couldn't quite get there. When you have to compete in Europe too, it's far more difficult, as Leicester will find out this year!

    As for the rest, 2nd, 3rd, who really cares? They both give direct entry to the CL group stage. We're nowhere near as obsessed with The Goons as they seem to be with us.

    And apart from that both places are basically nowhere!...
