It's frankly pathetic that northern ireland still appears to see itself purely in terms of its relationships with the UK and the irish republic.

They should be embarassed, because they are frankly an embarassment to the British Isles and to the whole continent of Europe.

 

Indeed, that's why most T'Rangers supporters clubs are called "Loyal" .

 

Rangers being the benchmark for social enlightenment and political progressiveness ?

And **** me, if a country takes its political bearings from the supporters of a football club, doesn't that say it all ?

 

I'm not trying to be offensive here, I'm being realistic.

The northern irish people need to get a ****ing grip of themselves.

Eiher declare independence or join the republic of ireland, but whatever you do, get a ****ing life and stop harping on about the 17th ****ing century like it was last week.

Or a club which takes it's political leanings from a country....

Womens' sport at the top level has progressed so much in the last couple of decades, it's beyond belief.

The standard of that rugby (apart from the baldie one) was fantastic.
