    Listening to Earnie on Radio Wales this morning, in his own way was apologising for the defeat at West Ham Sunday in advance. "We may not gel in time etc.

    This is your second pop at earnie. Last time he was too cocky, this time too negative. Don't you like him? :D

    I didn't read the story on BBC as a negative (didn't hear the radio interview) It makes sense to me and certainly keeping expectations in check. We could have done with some of that last year to be fair

    Well I heard Kevin Nolan given it he big talk for West Ham saying this is our cup game. <doh>

    I feel the cockyness lies on thier behalf, Earnie is right to say give it time, keeps everyone's feet on the gound. <ok>

    bloody hell old earnie has only been at the club for 5 minutes and the season hasn't started yet and he is getting stick..<laugh> poor earnie this season when he dont score many goals...<ok>

    I love earnie, but i wish he would close his mouth sometimes! He's like our walking PR man at the moment. I'd like to see a few frontflips on that pich before he does another interview <doh>

    To be fair to Earnie he's going to be in the glare of the media as he's returned home. He never was the best of speakers and that needs to be remembered before folk accuse him of being either negative or cocky. I actually know this from experience when interviewed on TV in the US I thought I was quite eloquent but still cringe a little when I have a look at the dvd.
