I had a massive row with some pleb of a call center agent at the engineer end on Friday as my sky box decided to pack up this pleb on the other end was so ****ing up himself and roud he wouldn't take no for an answer so anyway I phoned back again and spoke to his manager who kindly put a replacement out which I'm getting Monday. I lodged a formal complaint saying it was out of order being spoken in an abrupt manner the call lasted for half an hour time I put phone down I was fuming. Today at 4 30 the boardmember phoned me saying they had listened to the call and you were right and offered me a £10 refund for my troubles and the sales agent reprimanded for poor service so its good to complain about some plebs
