    Today in 1975 we beat the mags 2-0 (suprise suprise) away at their big top. In the Anglo scot cup or Texaco cup.

    What was that all about, did any off you go to watch any games in this comp?



    That season we were champs. Chelsea were also in the 2nd division and so were York

    I think it may have started out as the anglo italian cup if my memory is not failing me then became the texaco. It was not held in any high regard - I believe it may well be the mags last "major trophy " :wink: and btw less of the "elderly " cnut :grin:

    Yes..I went to all of those games...I seem to remember a hell of a lot of bother at the Mags game..
