Promotion was the death nail of any sale. We are stuck with them and there's very little we can do about it.
I was told the other day that it was close to being sold to a Chinese consortium. This is from a member of the Allams family.
If it's the same ones that were interested before, and if the rumour is true, I think it's good news. From the bits and bobs picked up, they seem a much better option than the other bidders.
The key word is "interested" until they meet and talk to the Allam's then 'interested' becomes very dis-interested, just like the Yanks..Its 95% bollox, but I hope and pray for the 5% to come through..
It sounds a bit Welsh to me, maybe that's why they were trying to get Coleman because they thought Dai was Welsh!
Maybe this is why we don't have a manager yet and the Pulis rumours have come to light.... Are both these Chinese consortiums related? Maybe they'll send Pulis to Hull and get somebody better in at WBA
Well I for one will be waiting for some concrete facts and evidence beyond all this mere gossip and rumour.
