I saw Jello Biafra's Spoken Word show and he suggested that rather than spend $billions fighting the drug trade, the US government could simply buy all of the opium and cocaine from the growers and burn it.

I was just gutted, really, because I'd seen Chippy Minton's request for a translation and headed straight over to Google Translate, trying to be smart (I don't speak a word of Spanish). But then I saw that you'd already offered up a translation and it looked suspiciously - okay, exactly - like the one I was staring at on the Google translator page and, well, I was raging. You spoiled my attempt at trying to impress people. Have a word with yourself, okay? Shocking.
