    Yeah I think McGovern will start ahead of Ruddy, Rudd would have been 3rd choice keeper so I can understand him wanting to go out on loan to play games.

    Apart from you, obviously, who the hell cares who we bring in as 3rd choice GK. Kean had left, Rudd was not going to stay to fill this soul destroying position only suitable for a GK at the end of his career and Jones was prepared to do it. I'm beginning to think that if we signed Messi some people on here would moan that he is too short!!!

    If he was a top knotch keeper he'd be going somewhere that he would get game time! You may know loads about foreign players that most of us have never heard of, but take it from me, you know diddly squat about goalkeepers! <ok>

    I'm beginning to think he just sees a name on Newsnow and Wiki's said player listing the unheard of players attributes and giving his instant judgement.

    Eg. We are in for Motor Lubiin's highly rated defender Piotr Karwan.
    I like this guy great in the air and pacy he would bang in a few headers and set pieces and is exactly what we need alongside Klose.
    I hope we sign him as he has always been a firm favorite of mine from The Polish league .:emoticon-0136-giggl

    I had the chance to play in the top tier of English football but in the end I turned them down because ny new wife didn't want to leave London, so trust me, I do know a bit about the art!

    I never played in a village team but I did play for my county as a schoolboy, and for the Met police as an adult!
