No mate, there's no counting cards equivalent. A system needs some kind of mathematical algorithm. It can't be both a system and a tip service it doesn't make sense. He claims it's both, I see neither.
The defence is that this system usually yields a yearly or season-long profit. If we all used it we'd all be in profit - FACT. That's fine, as far as I'm concerned you can't really argue with that even though I wouldn't use the tips. Still doesn't need its own sticky.
His selections would need to be measured over the course of a few seasons, to make that 'fact' for me, mate. I'm with you about the sticky, I've no idea why the mods don't merge it into another thread that is set up for this. They do it with everything else on the board, but not this for some reason.
Could be something to do with a non-posting, non-Sunderland supporting son of a mod using the thread. My theory it's pinned to make it easier for him to find while making Rackem think it's getting pinned cause it's great.
This word gets thrown about to easily these days. A tip is when somebody has some inside knowledge about the sporting event, you are betting on. Otherwise it's 'just what he fancies' Completely agree with what you are saying about the system, as well.
Which in turn personal picks should be based on research and reasoning which should be explained in the selections. It's just copy and pasting somebody elses odds as far as I can see.
Out of interest then, if it's only a couple of people using it and one is on another board, why not stick this in the betting board part of the forum?
How come we have asked various questions on this thread about why mods aren't merging this to the betting thread, and you let all that go by but jump in on Bri's comment?
I reckon most views come on this thread when people read it too fast and think it's a thread for free money.
To be fair, Rackem has brought this on by distancing himself from us when it comes to betting. If he didn't have that complex, this wouldn't be going on.
Gets me every time mate. Rumour has it Ellis Short keeps making that mistake as well, the tight bastard!!
Just walked in, whizzed through some of the stuff, noticed Bri's dig at me and thought it was funny. As has been mentioned before, the convention that we tend to go by is that a thread belongs to the person who posted it. @Rackem' For Mackem can we merge your thread with the pre-existing betting thread? Alternatively, there's a General Betting Forum. If you post your thread on there instead, those of us who are interested can see it there.
