Wasn't too clever Redders getting together with Ward whilst at the club, especially when you take into consideration the average lifespan of a Championship Manager, let alone a Cellino Manager. Was always going to end in tears with Ward having the run of the ER offices and Redders being linked to other positions (once he left the club)
