Even if we get it down to £1 million its not worth it. To have our best player unfit for the start of the season, and ****ed from december onwards, for the sake of a few mil? I'd have to have some certain facts before I started making those kind of accusations.

I doubt you have any facts at all ............ it could easily be the player demanding more money from us than is, in any way, reasonable.

He knows he has both clubs by the knackers and could be, quite easily, taking the piss.

Or his agent might be demanding millions in fees.

The transfer fee is just a tiny part of these foreign deals.

 

Doubtful the true facts of the hold up will ever come to light. I can live with that so long as get this across the line.

 

I agree with Bri we may never know the truth. I suspect there is a lot more to this than meets the eye. As long as we get it over the line I will be happy.

Mvilla is the sort of quality player we need to be signing to get up the table.

So including Mvilla that's 4 nee signing in my book.

Then we also need cover at CB and full back. It could also be argued a different option up top with a big man would be nice too.

 

This should be the minimum requirement to give us a fighting chance imo, our squad is threadbare and still contains players who are well below the standard for the mid table safety zone that we yearn for.
