Maguire is apparently ready to hand in a transfer request according to a tweet from'Boro Insider'. What an utter **** up. Again 'could be' bullshit.
Nothing suprises me anymore with Ehab It's a total shambles and all we can do is watch him ruin our club
All the signings Boro have made you still see us in a relegation fight with Hull and a n other? Explain yourself armchair fan please
If we accept his transfer request, he'll be gone. I wouldn't put it past the Allams either considering their stupidity with release clauses. It's not just that they're hated for their contempt for fans, they're incompetent when it comes to running a football club. This is what sporting directors are for. Being an owner or chairman doesn't guarantee you understand the intricacies of how football works as a business overall, as Assem admitted.
The PL is a massive step up from the Championship. I don't rate your manager and I see he's favourite for the sack. I would be very surprised if you aren't involved in a relegation scrap. Guzan
Simple: you're not as good as virtually every other team in the Premier League, and are therefore are relegation candidates, along with us, Burnley, West Brom and Sunderland. What are you expecting, top ten?
Maguire's too slow for the Prem, he really is - we need players, fact ---but losing Maguire to Boro will mean their defence will be vulnerable
Talking about loyalty, there was a case last season.. Downing turned down pl football to play for Boro.
Posted this in the manager thread. Apparently we are after Maxi Lopez according to the HDM. BCC? They'll only entertain it if he's involved in a swap deal with Hernandez. Doesn't seem like a fair swap to me...
What else should they do then? Give players £50k a week salaries and guarantee it even if we're relegated? Have 10 Jimmy Bullards on the books? The simple fact is players like Diame just won't come to Hull City unless they're given a ridiculous contract (like Newcastle hand out willy nilly) or certain failsafes (release clauses). Maybe we just shouldn't buy quality players at all and sign the likes of Barry ****ing Bannan instead? Would that make you happy?
Lopez looks a bit of a fat bastard now. I'd sign him as an additional striker but they can **** off if it involves a swap in any way shape or form.
Chessie is not getting much playing time at WBA. Maybe Pulis will let him out on loan...way better than Jones.
"Class act" is the last description I'd associate with Jones LBA....it neither applies to his limited skill level or his boorish attitude on the field of play. Now Chessie was a class act in every way. Would love to get him back...on loan or permanently.
