To an extent it does show the difference in quality yeah, Barca are a far better team than Leicester. There are a handful of good (at an international level) sides in England but none really that stand out as being clearly the best, at the moment. I'd say that City have the potential to be the big English side under Guardiola. Chelsea could crack on and be a real force too.
