Well I could but that would be pie in the sky anyway the posters on here are chicken and this thread could mushroom out of control.
I'm just trying to curry favour with you anyway we need to be careful we may attract RAW and you know he's like the "smart bomb" for puns
He's obviously been watching "the lion king" then and singing "hakuna matata" funnily enough that translates to "tikka masala" in makem
The media hype & PR around these events will hopefully put the Sunderland area in a good light - what the council don"t do - still not sure with Moyes though .... hopeful only
With all due respect mate, I was being sarcastic. I don't think any footballer gives a flying about the Tall Ships, nor do i think it makes a difference about being able to attract players. Football these days comes down to one thing... no not the Tall Ships, wherever they may be, money. Money nowadays almost rules footballers decision making. Moyes & Baine can only work with what their given.
The tall ships festival was not about football but how increased media and visitors may increase perceptions of the Sunderland area - anyway this is not going to get players here now. The Mags probably would have a decent premiership season at the moment - not so in Championship - it's a different game there
Edit ya post man. Quickly. It'll have wandy convinced. The pic of a tall ship, will throw him of the scent.
