I'd be delighted if true but I'm not getting my hopes up. I think realistically we're more likely to see Llorente and Olivera as our striking options this season. Also Dyer has signed a new 4 year deal. Hopefully he can find his form again and be a good squad member.
I have a good feeling regarding Borja Baston, watch this space, as for Olivera that's a smoke screen from Huw............
Imagine a strike force of Llorente and Baston now that will be amazing. I'd easily eat some humble pie and sing the praises of Huw and the board.
A couple of weeks ago, Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo reported Swansea City are interested in the services of Baston and that Francesco Guidolin believes he’d be ideal for the Welsh club. Latest reports from Mundo Deportivo suggest Atletico Madrid are ready to offload few players to generate cash. The Spanish side have spent €80m on Diogo Jota, Gaitan, Vrsaljko and Gameiro, and they must now sell a few players to balance the books . It is reported Baston could complete his move to the Premier League this week, with Swansea and West Bromwich Albion both interested.............

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...tml?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490 It seems Sakho having medical at WBA, may rule them out.
That is possible, but do they see Ayew as a striker or a wide player or is it versatility that they want.
Id never heard of this 'sport witness' website before a few weeks ago but they seem always to be the first ones to report things like (at least on newsnow) - done deal for Ashley Williams - or - Llorente agrees terms with Swansea - and - swansea beat forest to transfer of Oliviera - but then turn out to be completely false. All other reports like Wales online and Swep then follow suit. Now I see they are the first ones again to report were after this athletico striker. Not sure what to make of the credibility of this.
We were linked a few weeks back with Baston and now it has re surfaced. from 2 weeks ago http://www.tribalfootball.com/artic...-atletico-madrid-striker-borja-baston-4138378 from a year or so ago. http://www.southwales-eveningpost.c...borja-baston/story-26329236-detail/story.html
