After some success at the weekend (£90 profit), I'm sticking some of the winnings on Rangers tonight. Got us for a tenner with a 1 goal handicap (7/2) and Rangers to win with Jelavic to score anytime (7/2). If they both come up I'm looking at an extra £70 clear profit. Who else is backing the bears, and what are you sticking on? (Eddieveee need not reply - we know you think we're getting pumped oot)
I rarely bet on rangers. If I had to I would go naismith 2-0. need to score early to get the fans behind us.........
Jelavic at 7/2 is a good bet. Might have a go on that I fancy the gers to win 2-1, after going 1 down!!
for some reason i cant see us not winning tonight. I have no idea what is behind the optimism as we really were THAT bad last week. Looked totally void of ideas going forward. We need performances from Davis, Jelavic, Naisy and Shagger and we should be fine. Was looking earlir at the handicap betting and thinking of going -1 but might not get greedy and do a decent single on @ 6/4
The Jelavic bet is going to be my compulsory bet every week. Had £20 on the same bet at the weekend and it returned £50
Anyone genuinely expect Rangers to go through tonight? I don't think you'll be as bad as last week, but not sure how much better you'll be. I can see Naismith getting victimised by that sniper that seems to follow him around, though.
I can't believe the pessimism among Rangers fans. This is a mid table Swedish team, they have a worse squad than Aberdeen ffs, you should be going there believing you are going to win.
I think the fact thay they've won only one of their last 22 European ties and have never overturned a home defeat in Europe before doesn't augur well. However, I think they'll scrape through 2-1.
I did see the first leg, I also seen Hearts at Ibrox, you have a much better squad than both - surely it's time for a revert to the mean.
I'm with the Harbingers of Doom and going for an epic fail for Rangers tonight. It's came too early for us under Super, and we have no fans at the ground. Swedish ****s.
