Anyone slating Diame for regularly going off the boil... Could say the same about most of our players. I'm not slating Bruce but one of his flaws in my opinion was the slow build up play. I don't think this was to many of our players' strengths. Bruce was consistent. We often played 'alright' but very rarely demolished teams and rarely got demolished ourselves. In a sense I think we were too organised/restricted to get the very best out of our 'flair' players.
Fair play to Diame for leaving, cannot blame any players wanting to get out of this utter shambles at the moment.
