facebook was full of comments about Almond. Lots of "turned it off and watched the Keith Richards thing instead."

Not sure there is a delicate way to break this to an innocent mind but...they may have been in bed but they were not sleeping :p

This is slightly convoluted, so stay with it...

I once had a dream of being in bed with Madonna, when we were both much younger. We had made love together, which was odd because I've never found Madonna terribly attractive, sexually, intellectually, or any other way. Anyway, we were surprisingly very good together, but afterwards, when she went to sleep she murmured and talked all number of things, with the occasional outburst.

Anyway, I woke up in the morning and told my wife. After being boggled at my imagination again [she was always suggesting I should write books], she exclaimed, you don't care for Madonna, and I said, I know. She asked, was she nice.? I said truthfully, yes, but nowhere near as nice as you. Madonna never came to my bedroom again. ;)

BTW, [cough] are you sure they were asleep.?

Gave up cycling because I can only signal right (being unable to let go with my left hand). Journey's become convoluted if you can only turn right. :(

I used to go out a lot, but my bike is now slowly rusting away in the garden. Will try to find it one day. Apparently if you don't get back on it you forget how to do it.

Suicide Squad ( movie) getting ripped apart by reviewers. 36% rating so far.

Ive really not bought into the hype so I'm not surprised. Superhero films need to take a break, at this point they're just being churned out. Although Deadpool was good.

    Time has posted their review.

Harley Quinn’s entrance is the best moment in Suicide Squad. After that, you can leave. Robbie is a criminally appealing actress, likable in just about every way, but that intro aside, Suicide Squad doesn’t serve her well. It serves no one well, least of all its audience. Other actors wander through listlessly: As Colonel Rick Flag, one of Waller’s helpless henchmen, Joel Kinnaman struts about sullenly, desperately looking for something to do.

Now and then there’s a dash of color, especially when Leto’s Joker appears, with his silvery capped teeth and Day-Glo hair. Leto seems to be channeling, consciously or otherwise, Richard Widmark in the 1947 noir Kiss of Death—that’s the one where Widmark’s truly creepy-evil character pushes an old lady in a wheelchair down the stairs.

But Leto is so textbook twitchy that he barely comes off as menacing. And his scenes with Robbie have no spark, no lunatic ardor. If you can’t strike a spark with Robbie, something’s terribly wrong.

DC **** up all their movies. Snyder had a role in this aswell. So he probably ****ed it up. Marvel(Disney) are amazing compared to them. Like you said DeadPool is the best thing DC have done.

Gave up on Deadpool after half an hour. I was already bored with the relentless piss take.

Fair enough but I thought it was a breath of fresh air compared to **** like Avengers and all the characters from that, which has been way overdone recently.

Most of them are awful. I have never been a fan of superhero movies, the only ones I've liked are the Nolan Batman films.
