There is clearly some uncertainty with the board as to whether we will get him or not, otherwise I'm sure we would have made a move for Matuidi (or whoever) by now just to make sure we have as much pre-season time with them as possible. The delay does suggest someone at the club still thinks we can get him although I doubt Pogba is in NY by coincidence
If he wants Real we should pull out now even if they can't afford him. I'm sure this whole situation will be fast tracked Friday when he finds out where he stands with Madrid
So I'm guessing Real would be able to close the deal within 48hours. lol. If that EVER happens, Woody should be banned from ever conducting negotiations for players.
I actually think that it is nothing but coincidence. He has been all over the US, so why not visit NYC before returning home? I would laugh hard off the rails if I'm wrong on this one.
It’s worth noting that Il Tempo are not the most reliable Italian source around and have very little ties to Juventus.
I'm tied of reading "sources". Many of them claimed the deal would be completed last week, two weeks ago before and before the Euros. Well, guess what? We are still waiting!
Look the deal is done again http://www.dailystar.co.uk/sport/fo...-United-transfer-news-bookies-suspend-betting
http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/...r-news-manchester-united-latest-a7169896.html - Pogba apparently told fans he would stay with Juve. That's according to the headline but watch the video. I know, yet another twist in the Pogba movie. This is episode 199, I think.
RM will get him in a year or so anyway. He will come to us, they will agitate away behind the scenes and after a good season or two he will flounce and pose around wanting a move to RM - who by then will have sorted out their finances.
Looks off at the moment, Juve have said he must return to them on Monday,, I really hope we dont get him. maybe UTD have put it on hold and did this? Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez has been the subject of a £71m bid from an unnamed Premier League side, according to Spanish outlet Marca
