Can't be doing with managers whinging on about past clubs, shut up and get on with managing your current one.

    And sign M'Vila FFS.

Yeah I thought he should've shortened the answer to "I'm here to talk about Sunderland" rather than going on about it but hey ho! Wait till he says he was only sacked cos he was a Geordie....

There's an account on Twitter saying their uncle is a scout for SAFC and he's seen the 'scarf and ball ready' for Januzaj to be announced at 8pm.

    Scarf and ball.

Why is the scout hanging around the training ground... Are you scouting your own players?

I'd imagine that it'd be more likely that somebody has just left a scarf and ball lying around.

Ffs I hope he doesn't keep going down that road. I'll come to dislike him very quickly. I thought Bruce showed Hull no respect by bleating on about us constantly.

    I doubt it tbh.

He's back in English football and someone's asked him about his last job.

"David do you think being sacked 10 months into a 6 year rebuilding job was fair, yes or no?"

    "Errr, no ....... next question?"

    Case closed .......

    Ah right, I must've misread it .........

    1 AUGUST 2016 • 10:30PM

"David Moyes was full of excitement discussing Sunderland’s vast potential and in good humour as he talked about the challenges that lie ahead as the new manager of a side that has constantly battled against relegation, until he was reminded of his failure at Manchester United.

For a brief moment, the smile dropped and the eyes flickered with hostility. He will have known the questions about his short spell at Old Trafford were coming, but still could not hide his emotions."

It was on the SSN loop this morning when I was having breakfast, he was asked about having a point to prove after being dismissed in his last two appointments or something along that sort of question.

I've no issues with him chatting about us at this stage, let's hope it doesn't become a theme like it did with Bruce. He'll have been handed a hefty retirement fund when he was released that he won't get at any other club in his life, he'll do well to remember that and not let bitterness creep in.

Leaving a Sunderland scalf and ball lying around. That was Johnson's trick in the park

Lazio are considering a move for Manchester United midfielder Adnan Januzaj, who is a target for both Everton and Sunderland.

The 21-year-old has requested to leave Manchester United, according to reports, after growing concerned about a lack of first-team opportunities under Jose Mourinho.

Januzaj burst onto the scene in the 2013/14 season and ended the campaign having scored four goals in 27 Premier Leagueoutings.

But his involvement has dwindled ever since and he was sent on loan to Borussia Dortmund last season with his chances in the first team more limited than ever. His time with the Bundesliga giants was cut short after half a season and just 12 appearances.
