Exactly. He left us because he was homesick (allegedly) so I'm surprised to see him back in the UK. He's a very good footballer, sometimes too good because he thinks on a different level to most around him! But when he's on form he can be outstanding. Phil touches on the fact that he is a bit of a wuss when it comes to injuries, but I'm sure you boys up north will toughen him up Plus Monk knows exactly what he is getting so I'd say it's a very good signing.
Well not heard of him doing anything electric here!!! but the season has been finished here since May, and does not start up again till late September, so he will not be fit and miles behind the current squad we have, be surprised if he plays against QPR.
Ability to create something out of nothing. Very good signing for you guys. More effective in the Attacking midfielder role than on the wing. No pace but is so so good on the ball. Enjoy!
