Yes but not to my advantage. It's only an advantage if you've got a lot of equity to begin with. I've not got a lot of equity in the house so been waiting for years to it to get to a decent level. Houses prices dropping **** it up again. Selling and buying for £5k less sounds like a counter balance but it effects how much money you can put in as a deposit.
