Zola, no thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Has held 4 management roles, sacked from 3 and resigned from 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the hell has he achived to warrant being offered the head coach role!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yep he will introduce more youngsters which will go down well with Ehab, yes the sytle of football will be much improved (not too dificult to achieve by comparison) I thought this was a results orientated and driven game? Apparently not. Awful appointment if true!
how come they've offered (allegedley) Zola it when they haven't finished interviewing yet? If the backroom staff have gone they must have someone ready to take over who wants to bring his own staff in surley
Well I thought he was a lovely fella and was a brilliant footballer, so on that basis I'd be more than happy to see Zola. He's a proper legend.
They're interviewing for the most important position at the club and that's not a decision to be rushed. I don't think they've taken longer than any other club. Some of the names in the hat are pretty good and so far it hasn't been confirmed that anyone has turned the job down.
Having said that all these rumours are because the idiots in charge won't come out and talk to the fans or the media.
The players aren't due in till 2pm and they'll all be off to Austria tomorrow according to the Hull City Fans Forum.
Hull City Fans Forum Facebook page is about as reliable a source of information as football-rumours.com.
David Burns @bbcburnsy Source at @HullCity confirms interest in Gianfranco Zola. Shortlist is now 3. #hcafc
The Allam's can have as many as they want on a short list, the question is, do any of them want the job.
Presumably Martinez has flicked the Vs by now so I'm guessing Coleman, Zola and Phelan. Or the coalman, Zola Budd and Pat Phelan out of Corrie.
