That's right jager. The agent is always looking to make money for themselves and it is they who start most of the rumours hoping something will come of it. They confuse the transfer market deliberately with their crap then nobody knows what is true and what is not.......Ash for one stated not that long ago that he wants to end his playing days with the swans. There is only one certainty and that is we need a couple of strikers before next week.
http://www.estadiodeportivo.com/sevilla/2016/07/31/ficha-llorente-separa-swansea-sevilla/79342.html for those who can't read Spanish A Fernando Llorente has closed the door of the Royal Society, after arrival in San Sebastian del Willian José, so today has only one option on the table that really attracts the Swansea City. Nervion received a call from Wales and clubs quickly began to negotiate, knowing that the riojano want to keep their current emoluments at all costs. He ruled out the possibility of transfer, work began on the loan a year (the front you have two of the contract). At this point, the Seville does not want to enter anything for his departure. On the contrary, it is willing to assume part of the tab -elevada- Llorente, although not as much as you want Swansea. The discussion right now is focused on what percentage must pay each. There continues to be differences between the parties. So many, that same agreement is now distant, but despite the words of his brother and agent, Chus, which claimed that Fernando wants to stay, everyone agrees that it is best that the player change of scenery. And so it will, if Swansea Sevilla and end in the coming days to iron out their differences.
Who pays the wages and at what percentage , aka Gomis They won't sell him but are willing for a loan deal , and it reads like he's not going to get a lot of playing time if he stays so in his interest it's best that he moves on but not permanently
Yes so would I , we're not tied down with player who may or not be a success but along with Ayew then it could work although we don't play with two up top so who's position would Ayew take .?
That's the problem with him. He's not a winger, and he's not better than Gylfi, i see him as a striker, so I see us using Ayew as our main striker and Llorente and another back up as second and third choice strikers. Ayew is a big problem for us as he scores plenty of goals, but also creates a huge imbalance in the team. I certainly don't want to see him on the wing this season, especially as we have Barrow, Routs, Dyer and Montero.
Actually, I think the reason why Ayew out wide didn't work last season is because of Gomis. Remember when Bony was here the diamond was really effective. I think if we do go for Llorente it'll work as he is a lump who can hold the ball up. Failing that, we can always swap things around. thats the beauty of having quality in depth.
I know its off topic; Monk; “It was probably more difficult to manage at Swansea than it is being here,” Monk told The Guardian. “I have a refined way of working in terms of what I do and I’m able to do it with a blank canvas.” Well I think that confirms what we've all guessed.
